Carriers

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

USPS – Parcel Post, Priority or Express Mail Services with Signature Confirmation

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable events or inclement weather. We recommend ordering early when possible for best availability and to ensure your packages arrive on time. Of course we will take every measure possible to get your packages to you in time.

Canadian and International Buyers

We ship worldwide. Please note that all items entering countries outside the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws.  The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided on all shipped orders, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the option you choose at checkout. Before the final

checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your

order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, you will be notified via email, and we will ship you the part of your order that is in

stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any

additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility once your order has been shipped and therefore we do not

satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on false expectations of our products or with any third-party losses or claims.

Product not-as-described claims: such issues should be reported to our Customer Support Department within 24

hours from the date of receiving the order. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is

not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or

wishes are not honored.

Approved Return Exceptions

Products can not be returned if the security tag has not been cut or removed. The security tag does not damage the product in any way.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns for products shipped as ordered, except for special approved circumstances.

Restocking Fee

All product items are subject to a 40% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the

original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
