We offer special requests for our customers that need special services or requests for products not found on our website or on our pre-owned Hermes products.  Please contact us to request a different color, leather, stitching color, hardware, that is not posted on our website, and we will try to acquire it for you.  Or you can request a heat stamped personal monagram on our pre-owned Hermes Birkins (extra charges will apply).

Please note that not all of our pre-owned Hermes products are in stock on our website.  If you choose to order one of the products posted on the website, we will do our best to acquire it for you if it is not immediately in stock.

Special requests may take 10-30 working days to be acquired or completed.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before some special requests are honored.
